The brand Rimax is the sole European registered trademark of Rimax International Limited, a privately owned UK based company with additional warehousing and logistic facilities in Barcelona, Spain. Under the Rimax brand name we manufacture a range of products for both consumer and professional use.

Our roots are in the DVD & CD Duplication business and we've been building and supplying systems to professional users since the mid 1990's. Alongside the duplicators we have also offered a range of Rimax DVD and CD media giving strong support to our Duplication systems.
In 2001 we moved into the consumer market segment, introducing our first product, an MP3 CD Player. Since then, the product range has been expanded to include products for both consumer and professional use including in-house development of Biometric Solutions for Time & Attendance and Access Control.

Sales of Rimax products are carried out through appointed country distributors across Europe who in turn supply retailers or sell direct via online stores.

As part of our commitment to service we offer email support to end-users of products in either English or Spanish direct from our Technical Services unit. In addition to providing a necessary service to end-users and distributors alike, this also allows us to monitor the reliability and usability of the products and make improvements where necessary.

For distributors we offer 30-day payment terms. This allows goods to be shipped the same day (where possible) and alleviates the delays associated with waiting for payments to arrive. As a further commitment to our distributors, we limit the number of distributors we appoint in a market and in some cases can offer exclusivity on a part or the whole of the Rimax product range.
